Biscuit - Our Ginger Hog

This is Biscuit,the star of our Herd.

When he first arrived we knew we had something special but no idea just how unusual he was. When we posted a photo of him on a hedgehog forum other breeders immediately said that either the photo had been altered or that he had been dyed.

This could not be further from the truth! The Ministry Vet that came to our quarantine station each week confirmed that his colour is genuine.

He has been with us for 2 years and has been bathed and yet his colour is still as bright as the day he arrived.

He has proved to be a good stud hog and hopefully one day will produce ginger coloured babies.
